Mine is the bottom left template. Not bad for my first time, eh? And if this is your first time using a template, Misty Cato has a wonderful tutorial on her blog HERE
Awhile back, I asked my brother Josh what I should make for Tasty Tuesdays and he said lemon chicken. Well, I found a recipe in my stash that I LOVE from Sandra Lee. Just click on the recipe to enlarge and print!

Yesterday was my day to pick a lucky commenter from the Pixel Gallery and award them with a free kit. You can check out Monday's winner HERE. If you'd like to win a FREE kit, all you need to do is leave some love and warm fuzzies in the gallery and you just may be spotted by our lovely Pixel Praisers and win! How easy is that?!?
Hope everyone has a wonderful day! And if you are going out to celebrate the holiday, be safe! Love you all!
Until we meet again!

Tasty Tuesdays!

Aloha! So here I am w/ a new recipe! I talked to my brother Josh to see what I should post for today's recipe. Even thought this isn't one he suggested, I thought of him when I decided which one to use. He made something similar to this when he was visiting for holiday. So here it is, Finadene (Fin-a-den-knee). Finadene (also fina dene) is a salty, spicy, sour all-purpose condiment used in Chamorro cuisine. It is comprised of soy sauce, vinegar or lemon juice, chopped white onion, and fresh chilies. Adding oil and/or water to finadene makes it suitable as an all-purpose marinade. Also a different type of finadene is lemon finadene which substitutes the soy sauce with lemon juice and thus substituting lemon juice for vinegar. This was always at the table at my mother-in-law's in Guam. They like it HOT! So needless to say, I never tried it. But Q was in heaven! ;o) Hope you enjoy!I used Tracy Reed's FlavorFULL: Seagarita which you can find HERE or in the full collection HERE.
Until we meet again!

$1.00 Pixels @ GP & Tasty Tuesdays!

Aloha!
Well I thought I'd try something new every Tuesday. Everyone knows my love to try something new to cook/bake. So I thought I'd come up w/ Tasty Tuesdays and share a new recipe with everyone. Since Valentine's is this weekend, I wanted to share an easy treat you can make with your kids or for that special someone. I got this from BettyCrocker.com. It's sweet and simple! So here's one to add to your recipe stash! It's a 5x7 Card. You can click on the photo for full size and save if you'd like to print.I made the card using FlavorFULL: Vanilla Pearadise by Tracy Reed. Which can be found HERE or in the full FlavorFULL Collection HERE.

It's $1.00 Pixels every Tuesday at Gottapixel. In my last post, I told y'all how I made the CT for Connie Prince/Digi Diva and she released a new kit today called Desperately Seeking Spring. It's in the store now and my LO has been chosen to showcase the kit. *YAY* You can check it out HERE. My LO is in the lower right corner in the previews. And here it is for a closer look:
