I just have to wait til the gallery is opened at NDISB so I can post it in the official gallery. LOL So what do you think? Perfect pics for chocolate right? And I just LOVE that WA (Word Art)!!! If you like anything I use for my LOs, just click on Credits, and you will see what kits/WA I have used, so you can get your hands on them and play with it too! That's all for now!

ADSR Challenge #4

Aloha!
This was our first team challenge! We had to create ATCs (Artisan Trading Card). I must say, this was challenging for me! I have never done ATCs before so it took some thinking to come up with something. Challenge #4 comes from Digitals (Digital Scrapbook Pages). It was pretty interesting. I looked in their gallery to try to get some inspiration, but I have nothing like that in my stash. But the rules stated to use whatever we had. I didn't have to purchase any special kit, so I'm good. LMAO!
The Rules:
ATC's 1 & 2: Since its the season of love, each racer will make one Artist Trading Card on the theme "The One I Love." Think of your spouse or significant other, children, God, pets, friends, etc. ATC's 3 & 4: Each racer will make one trading card honoring their ADSR teammate. You must upload all 4 cards in ONE combined preview image to the ADSR gallery at NDISB And we would love to see them here in our Digitals ATC gallery as well. Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) are 3.5" x 2.5" mini-layouts. They can be horizontal or vertical orientation. They are meant to be light-hearted, humorous, and often have an altered look but that is up to you. They usually have a partial picture and a small amount of text, the rest is decorative. You can use these as Valentines, bookmarks, brag books, badge albums, and so much more. Have fun with it! There are no specific elements, journaling or photo requirements. You do NOT have to use altered art or ATC-specific kits or elements. Use whatever is in your stash that fits the theme.

Here's a combined preview of our cards: Credits

ADSR Challenge #3

Aloha!
Challenge #3 comes from Scrappers Online
I LOVED this challenge! It was sooo much fun! Challenge 3 kicks off the second week of challenges. Now, before I go any further, I've had a little bump in the road. Unfortunately my partner Liz, was unable to load her LOs to the gallery due to internet issues. (that girl has been buried under snow!) So I had 2 options: I could finish the race by myself and be ineligible for the Grand Prize, or find another scrapper who lost their teammate and we can form a new team. One of my sweet friends directed me to a link that someone else lost her partner (Thanks Danyale!) and we joined forces and formed a new team. (Coincidentally her partner's name is Liz too! LOL) So we re-registered under a new team number and are still in the running for the Grand Prize. Woohoo! Now on with Challenge #3!
The Rules:
1. One focal photo with selective coloring
2. 20 or more words of journaling with possible highlights
3. At least one date element!

ADSR Challenge #1

Aloha!
This is my first year participating in ADSR (Amazing Digital Scrapbooking Race). NDISB (Natural Designs In ScrapBooking) has been hosting it for 5 years. This race is based off the TV show, The Amazing Race, but in digiland. You team up with another digi scrapper and "race" around digiland scrapping LOs with specific rules from each site from around the world. I am loving it so far! Our first challenge was hosted by NDISB.

The rules:
1) Your layout is about your partner. Introduce your partner to us. How you do this is entirely up to you. You can interview them, you can send them a questionnaire, you can use 5 words that best describe them, you can journal how you met for this race, or if you've been partners for years, you can make your page about a friendship that started with a crazy internet race and has since turned into so much more. The only rule is, the layout is about your partner and you need to tell us something about them.

2) You must include at least one photo of your partner. Large, small, color, b&w, of their face, back of their head, feet, whatever. But it must be a picture of your partner.

3) You must choose one layout from your partner's gallery and scraplift that as the page design for your layout. Only the placement of items is needed. You don't have to lift the colors, theme, etc. Just the overall placement of papers, elements, title and journaling.
