Aloha! I have 2 new LOs to share! The first is week #4 of Project 365. The second LO is of li'l man and his very first Ring POP! LOL. He loved it! It's SUGAR! He was so sticky and messy, but had fun eating it.

Q's Home, Play with your Pixels #4 & $1.00 Pixels @ GP!
Aloha everyone! How was your weekend? Good, I hope! Q came home yesterday morning. Lil man was soo excited to see him! It's nice to have him back home. Even for only a month before he leaves again. :o( But that's Army life for you!
Anyways, this is the last week for the Play with your Pixels Challenge at GottaPixel. If you haven't participated in the previous challenges, it's still okay to join. You can check it out HERE. You have until Jan. 28th to order the kit and have until Jan. 31st to upload your LO to the gallery.

This is, by far, the hardest challenge so far. Okay, that isn't true :o)
Using only Laura Burger's Sweet Couture Scrapkit, create a layout, any style, any theme, any way you want. Do it your way!

Well, it's a very pretty and feminine kit and I had no idea how to use it being I grew up in a house of boys (2 brothers), and I have a li'l boy of my own! *wink* So I thought, hey I guess I can scrap an old photo of me when I was little. I actually was a little girly back then! LOL So here it is:

How is everyone's Saturday going so far? Well, I have a li'l something to share w/ you all. I know it's been almost 5 month's since Kuya & his lovely bride said, "I Do." And I just got around to posting a couple LO's I've made from the wedding. I wish I had some of the ceremony. So any of you that went to the wedding and have photos to share, I'd love to have em! You can email me @ pinay_xtc79@yahoo.com.
Oh yeah, if you haven't already, you can visit their wedding site HERE. I'm hoping to see some honeymoon photos SOON! *hint* *hint* They went to Greece. I've seen a couple, but I KNOW they took more photos than that! LOL. Oh yeah, Kevin, Josh, & I made a slideshow of the couple. There is a copy on their site.
Okay, I keep rambling, so on w/ it already! LOL So without further ado, Kuya & Ate when they were leaving the reception.

Ack.....it's Haircut Day!
Hey everyone! So I HAD to take Tranq to get his haircut before Kevin comes back on Sunday and well, let's just say he was NOT pleased! I think the photo speaks for itself:
LOL. He was too cute! The stylist let me take a pic of his Mohawk before it was ALL completely gone. He kept repeating, "No, I don't look like Jonas Brothers no more!"
He likes that he has curly hair like them and they "rock out on their guitars." (His words, not mine!) HA!
Well here he is after:
I know most of the family likes his hair this way. (Yes, I'm talking to you NAY!) LOL but I think it looks cool all curly. What do you think?

ALOHA!
So have you all heard the BUZZ about Project 365? I must admit I jumped on the band wagon & I'm glad I did. Taking a photo a day will help remember the year gone by. I'm hoping to scrap it week by week. I know I haven't posted ANY yet, so I have to play catch up. Here are 3 LOs for January 1-21. TFL! {Thanks for Looking!}

Play With Your Pixels
Wow, has it really been over a month since I've last been on here? The holidays were pretty busy! Josh was out here and I loved having family around for the holidays. It's been a long time since I've had that. So it was a nice treat. Okay wow, so I know I promised LOs and photos, so I gotta play catch up.
First of all, Q is gone again.:o( This is his 2nd TDY to Korea. And it won't be the last. He left a couple days after Josh went back home to Nebraska. He will be back on the 26th though. YAY! He called tonight and said he's going to try to catch a flight for Friday, but I won' t hold my breath. LOL
So have you checked out the Creative Team Call @ GP? This is the 3rd week, but you can participate anytime! You get a free kit to play with to make a LO per the criteria.
Week #1 Challenge
Recently I teamed up with Robin Blankenship (also known as Mad Scrapper Designs) to create a "Tea Party" kit. We've seen a lot of layouts created with the kit that showcase tea parties and princesses, and they all look incredible!
Your challenge is to use this kit, but to use it in a manner that is not typical. Use the kit to showcase something a boy has done, or a trip to the zoo, or showcasing the power tool your husband received for Christmas. The purpose of this challenge is to see how you can take a kit, that would not normally fit your family structure, and use it to your advantage.

We always love to know about our members! We like hear about their lives, who they are and what they like. For this challenge we want to know about you, but with a twist.
Your challenge is to use Liz Hutchinson's "Cozy Kind of Love" Kit to create a layout about yourself. The layout has to include a picture of you, but it can not be any body part that is on your head, or your head itself. It can be your feet, toes, elbows, neck or any other body party in between, but if it's your head, or on your head, it can not be included. You can include additional pictures (as long as those don't include your head either). You must include journaling that answers the following 4 questions
1. I love to scrapbook because...
2. The quirkest thing about me is...
3. My friends say that I am...
4. When I grow up, I want to...

Using Sarah Meyer's "Snuggle Up" Page Kit, we want you to show us how you can showcase the kit by using it in the most effective and dramatic way while still having a high degree of white space. It doesn't matter how many images you use, or how many elements you use. You can journal if you want, but you don't have to. You do have to have at least 80-90% white space on your canvas though.
Here's My Submission:
