Aloha!
5 years ago, I married the most wonderful man in the world! Of course we have our ups and downs, but I like the place we are at right now. These past 5 years have certainly been a roller coaster, but I'm glad where we are at now! Unfortunately we are not able to celebrate our anniversary today because he is TDY in Korea, but no matter how far apart we are, he's always with me. ;o)
I wanted to write a lil note because I know he checks this.
Q,
Happy Anniversary! I know you are far away, but that's what happens when duty calls. I understand and accept the Army life which you have provided wonderfully for our family. I think we survive our time apart because we started out that way. I've loved everything we've gone through in the past 5 years of marriage. Yes, even the bad times because even though there's friction, we always find our way back to each other and work it out. "I'll love you forever, I'll like you for always. As long as I'm living, my baby you'll be." (I love this book that you gave me!) I love that you always find a way to talk to me every day when you are gone. Even when you are out in the field and have troubles calling, you find a way to do it. And I know I don't show it, but I look forward to your call everyday. I keep checking the time and my phone hoping I don't miss your call! :oP
I just wanted to say I love you and I can't wait for you to come home!
With all my love,
Your LEIdee Q
Haha, okay sorry for the mushiness, but I hardly express my feelings, so thought he deserved it! LOL
Once again it is Aloha Friday, but also Friday the 13th!

So what do you have planned for today? Anything fun? Or do you plan to stay in for the night? Well, today (yes, it's only 10:30am!) Tranq has his Art Class at Gymboree and maybe we'll go out to eat and watch a movie. I haven't decided yet.
Okay, so my title says I have a lost video. I know some of you have seen this on my MySpace page, but I removed it quite some time ago. Well, seeing how it's my anniversary, I thought I'd pull it out and share it with you all. Now keep in mind, I am NOT a video editor (and it shows) but this was something I made when Q and I first got married and was living in Ft. Riley, KS. I had no job, no friends, just my hubby and me. So I thought I'd make a video of us! LOL. For those of you who just check my blog in your email you actually have to visit to see the video! :oP Click on the link at the bottom of the email. Turn off my music player before playing video! So without further ado....ENJOY!
Tranq was watching it and at the end he said, "Hey don't kiss her Daddy! That's my Mommy!" LMBO! Too cute!
